Shipping policy

We are a small family run business with who are dedicated to delivering your items in perfect condition.  As such, it is important for us to be honest about delivery times and cost.

We ‘ship’ on a 2 times a week basis and for UK deliveries we use EVRI standard or EVRI next day depending on the option selected at check-out. All being well, your order will be with you within 5-10 days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We also ship world wide and offer a discounted shipping rate, which is automatically calculated at check out and based on the weight of your goods. However, the cost tends to be most effective on a two bowl gift set. Orders shipping outside of the UK are usually, but not always sent by Royal mail. All orders will be tracked and the tracking number and courier will be automated in your dispatch email.
